Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the promotion, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  2. The promotion is being run by Reakiro Poland Sp. z o.o. 

  3. The promotion is valid till 01 December 2023. 

Eligibility to enter 

  1. The promotion is open to entrants over 18 years of age and is free to enter.

  2. The promotion is open for those who bought Reakiro products on Amazon and left a review on www.amazon.co.uk. The review shall contain at least 5 words, no emojis are counted.   

  3. The entrants must check the Shipping Countries here. Reakiro cannot accept entrants from countries that are not included on the list.

  4. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 

  5. You must verify your entry by filling the form on https://cbdreakiro.com/cbd-amazon-review with the following information:

    - Your name; 

    - email address; 

    - shipping address; 

    - telephone number;

    - A screenshot of the email you receive from Amazon.co.uk confirming your review has been accepted and uploaded to the product page.

  6. Reakiro will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

The prize 

  1. The prize will be one free Reakiro product, the same product for which you left the review. 

  2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

  3. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

  4. The decision of Reakiro regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

  5. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity 

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the promotion being used by Reakiro for the purposes of administration the promotion, for the shipping purposes and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. 

General 

Reakiro reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
