How much CBD Oil I need to take?
CBD is safe to take, but you need to understand what dose you need. CBD Oil contains very little THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis. This means it will not make you high or stoned. If you are new to CBD Oil, the best advice is to start with a small dose and work your way up. Note: If you have never taken any kind of cannabis product before (genuine CBD), then we advise starting with an even lower dose than below. Start with 1/2 to 1/4 of a dropper full (1ml or 1/2 a ml). You can choose to take CBD Oil sublingual, under the tongue. Simply put one dropper full beneath your tongue and leave it there for 30 seconds before swallowing. Why sublingual? This allows the oil to absorb into your capillary network faster than if you were to eat it or have it swallowed. Take this small dose for a day or two, then up the dose gradually to 3/4 of a dropper full (2ml). You can split your daily dose into 2-3 times per day if you wish.
